The ball starts rolling with payment. Before any work begins, I require the full amount to be paid upfront. You will pay through a special link I will send you once we’ve established that you are ready to hire me. After payment is made, I will email you a link to my client questionnaire which will help guide me through the process and get a good feel for who you are and what you are looking for in a brand. After the questionnaire has been filled out in full and submitted back to me, I will begin brainstorming, sketching, or going straight into Illustrator to put together my initial ideas.  Due to the way inspiration works – sometimes I get hit with it right away while other times it takes me longer… so turnaround time can vary, but is usually within a 2-3 week time frame.

After the concepts are completed, I will email you a link with all of them on display, and from there, you will decide which one(s) you like, and if you want any changes (revisions) made.  Based on your input, I will revise the concepts and deliver another “round” of tweaked concepts to you.  Revision rounds are usually completed with 5-7 business days.  Once we have finalized the design, I will email you the files and you’ll be the owner of a spanking new, luscious product. All you have to do from there is, enjoy!


A revision is a significant change to a concept.  Small things like nudging, making color and font changes are not considered revisions….unless you wanted all of these things at once – together they would be considered a full revision.

All of my work is designed in Adobe Illustrator, but since most clients do not have this program, I usually give out files in .eps (vector), .png (transparent raster) and .psd (layered Photoshop) formats.  Other formats (like pdf, .ai, tiff) are available upon request at no additional cost. 


Due to copyright reasons, I cannot share fonts. Most fonts used for basic info on your design however, will usually be system fonts that you should have, or free fonts that can be downloaded. Upon request, I will provide you with all font info regarding where you can buy or download.


My goal is to to make you jump with joy over your new goods and I work hard to achieve this with you. It is a very rare occasion that the client’s vision is not met, despite our greatest efforts.  Because graphic design is a very time intrusive creative process – there are no refunds once work has begun, as my time, energy, and commitment will have already been invested in each and every concept.  Keep in mind that you are paying for high-quality work and absolute commitment.


Sure! I offer rush services which ensures the delivery of your concepts within 72 business hours from payment and receipt of the questionnaire. Revisions are delivered within 48 hours. Due to the intensive nature of this service, and to be fair to my other open clients,  this type of work costs an additional $200. Another option, is to choose from one of my fully stocked pre-made branding packages, and based on how quick your feedback is – all finished files can be delivered to you within 48 hours.


I ask everyone to allow up to 3 business days to hear back from me due to the high volume of emails I receive daily.  Please remember that I am a one woman show!


Of course! I keep all client’s files stored so if you ever lose them, I will always have a copy.
