New! Goodie Packs

Feb

I’ve recently opened a new part to my store – goodie packs!

What’s a goodie pack?

Similar to pre-made packages, they contain a complete set of customizable branding and marketing materials. Unlike pre-made packages,  they come on ready-made products, ready to buy, and YOU get to do the editing!

How does it work?

Goodie packs are made possible through Zazzle.com, where they remain available to purchase by anyone at any time.  Each pack is meant to act as a template which can be altered or built upon. So what makes them unique to you, is how you edit them.  Editing can be done right on the product page, is super easy, and when you’re done – you can head straight to checkout to put your order in, lickity split!

For a detailed video on how to edit a template, click here.

What’s in a goodie pack?

Here’s an example of one just added to my shop. Most goodie packs will contain all of these items:

Fun, right?! I’m so excited to be offering these. In fact…I kinda want one of my own!

To view all goodie packs available, click here! More will be added in time, just like my pre-made packages, so feel free to check back every now and again. And speaking of pre-made packages…I’ve recently added 5 new ones! Click here to check them out.

Lastly, if anyone is interested in having a goodie pack designed just for them (not to be resold), I’m certainly available for that and would quite love to do so! Just shoot me an email to go over pricing. :)

Catching Up

Feb

So I admit, I’m a pretty lazy blogger. I always start them, and then they inevitably gather pixel dust. My online portfolio often gets the same neglect….which is a shame, because I get some pretty awesome clients that collaborate with me on some pretty awesome designs. Certainly worthy of show and tell. I think it’s time to up my game a bit for 2012. Time to start out fresh….beginning with a game of catch up!

It’s been far too long since I’ve updated, so I’ll just stick to some highlights from my most recent works.

First in line, the lovely Heather Sanderson.

Heather is a fun lovin’ chick who caters to the young in love.  She wanted a clean, colorful brand that reflected her personality and body of work.  Here’s what we came up with!

Next up, miss Leah Burgett.

Leah is a bit of a designer herself. She’s a DIY kind of gal, with a great eclectic taste for all things vintage.  She was after a fun brand with blues and coral, reminiscent of old retro labels.  Here’s what we churned out:

Third up – the talented Darren Beckwith.

Darren is a smart and down to earth guy who was looking for a simplistic and clean, modern brand. He really wanted a camera in his logo, which I soon found to be perfect for his initials. Whodathunk a ‘d’ and a ‘b’ could make up a camera?

In the end, he decided on a little more subtle, loose and relaxed look. The outcome:

Last of today’s highlights, but certainly not the least – the Portrait Divas, Jen Soltren and Alison Waring.

I loved working with these girls like nobody’s business. They’re a super fun and spunky duo with a great sense for humor and all things retro-geek.  Suffice to say, their brand had to be nothing short of fabulous.

I think my favorite part was working on their t-shirts. They let me go wild with ideas, and I did. Lol.

That about covers it for now! Before I go, I must give a final shout out to all of my past and present clients. I can’t thank you  all enough for giving me your business! I’ve enjoyed every back n’ forth email, phone call and tweak…right down to the late night designing sessions. You all have single handedly helped to sustain my joy as an artist and my life as a single Mum.

I hope to meet and work with many more of you.

xoxo,
~Amy
